Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner and client queries received through various channels such as email, fax, post, or telephone.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to queries received via phone, email, or post from multiple partners, clients, or sales colleagues, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
  • Process policy transactions, provide services, and resolve queries accurately and in a timely manner throughout the policy's lifecycle. This includes managing documents related to policies.
  • Assist in conducting due diligence reviews of transactions in accordance with corporate standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our sales consultants and all partners.
  • Stay informed about our services, review procedures, and ensure that necessary quality improvements are implemented as needed.

Your profile

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, relevant work experience in client services within the insurance sector.
  • Experience in finance or insurance, with a proactive awareness of industry developments.
  • Proven ability to manage inquiries related to funds and financial instruments.
  • Strong team player who values supporting colleagues and working collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex issues both verbally and in writing; excellent proficiency in English, French, and Flemish.
  • Highly attentive to client needs, solutions-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining high service levels.
  • Demonstrates initiative and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Agile and pragmatic in adjusting to complex and changing environments; able to maintain performance during stressful situations.
