Recruitment Assistant - Team Banking

Description

• As a Recruitment Assistant, every day you get the chance to change the lives of others by finding the perfect match between the needs of our clients and the expectations of your candidates;
• You have an all-round supporting function for the entire team, which ensures a lot of diversity and variety in the type of vacancies for which you will be looking for candidates;
• You take care of the layout and publication of our vacancies on all channels, ranging from our own website to external jobsites;
• You search for suitable candidates via our database, the various external jobsites, job fairs and networking;
• You do a telephone screening to check whether the candidate at first sight seems to be a match with one of the vacancies at our clients;
• You invite suitable candidates for an interview with one of our Career Advisors, where you take care of confirming the interview;
• You have a strong administrative position: the collection of a lot of documents for a contract signing, the creation of an Axis CV, etc. - here too, you dot the i's and cross the t's.

Your profile

• Passion for recruitment: an unbridled enthusiasm for HR and recruitment, with an ambition to find the best talents for our clients. Experience in telephony or in human resources is a plus, but we especially appreciate your potential and determination;
• Results-oriented: a high level of motivation to meet and exceed your goals, and this with a positive and persistent attitude;
• Excellent relationship skills: the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and build lasting relationships with them. To excel in your duties, an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French is required. A good knowledge of English is a plus;
• Proactivity and innovation: initiative and the ability to propose creative solutions to labor market challenges;
• Team spirit: willingness to work with other team members to achieve common goals.

• Monthly salary indication: € 2001 - € 2500
