Description
We are looking for a rigorous, detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Project Administrator SAP and Billing. Your main responsibility will be to manage SAP reporting and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for scanning, sending and tracking invoices to external partners, ensuring a smooth and seamless workflow to ensure project success.Working closely with the purchasing department, you will provide valuable support to project managers by adapting budgets in SAP. You will also be responsible for the rigorous processing and correct archiving of warranty claims (Breyne law). Your ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and coordinate the efforts of different departments will be essential to success in this role.

Your profile
- The ideal candidate will have a university degree, preferably in finance-accounting, or equivalent on-the-job experience, and a proven track record of at least 6 months in a similar position.
- Knowledge of the real estate sector is a valuable asset that will enable the candidate to adapt quickly to our specific environment.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable using IT tools.
- Bilingual in French and Dutch, able to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment.
- Organized, proactive and passionate about teamwork, the candidate knows how to manage priorities efficiently and promotes fluid exchanges to ensure harmonious collaboration within the team.
