Description
- Search for new projects and assignments for our consultants within the consulting world;
- Actively maintain client contact and negotiate terms and rates;
- Collaborate with Procurement teams and ensure proper alignment with the client;
- Ensuring the smooth re-employment of consultants on the "Bench";
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships;
- Working with a diverse and dynamic team to achieve shared goals.
Your profile
- At least a first experience in sales or recruitment (preferably within a service or consulting environment);
- Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good knowledge of the other language;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset;
- Team player who enjoys working together to achieve the best results;
- Affinity with the consulting industry and a passion for finding the right match.

- Monthly salary indication: € 3501 - € 4000
