Description
- Management of clients under receivership: recording and analyzing receiverships, registration of receivers and individuals in the database, administrative follow-up;
- Follow-up social accounts: openings, amendments and processing of documents;
- Administrative management of clients under debt mediation: registration of mediators and conditions in the database;
- Manage files and follow up tasks based on priorities, appointments and daily consultation with colleagues;
- Analyzing skills ensure appropriate solutions for clients, colleagues and employees;
- Constructive contribution and proposals to optimize processes and procedures, focusing on customer and efficiency;
- Customer-oriented and empathetic service by phone and in writing, respecting regulated conditions;
- Continuous development of knowledge and competencies in a rapidly evolving technological environment.
Your profile
- Good knowledge of Dutch and French (basic knowledge of English);
- Strong administrative skills: accuracy and attention to detail;
- Customer-oriented and communicative skills;
