We are looking for a professional to support day-to-day operations, manage KYC files, and ensure client satisfaction. You will act as a point of contact for clients, identify process improvements, and provide project support. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required, along with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, an interest in finance, and MS Office proficiency. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential. We offer a permanent contract, attractive salary, meal vouchers, partial teleworking, and additional benefits.
Description
- Ensure day-to-day operational support and control;
- Treat KYC files in a qualitative manner;
- Provide ad hoc project support;
- Point of contact towards internal and external clients;
- Guarantee business continuity and customer satisfaction;
- indicate possible process improvements.
Your profile
- You are fluent in Dutch and French and have a profound knowledge of English;
- You hold a bacherlor or master's degree;
- Strong interest in finance and banking (products);
- Good expertise in MS Office;
- Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented;
- Problem-solver;
- Accuracy and precision, quality-minded;
- Open to give/receive feedback.
