Description
- You take care of the claims management of our enterprise customers and company managers;
- You are an accessible point of contact for all claims and related questions;
- You negotiate with insurance adjusters to obtain the best possible service and claims settlement;
- If necessary, you attend expert appraisals and defend the interests of our clients.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree and some experience in the insurance industry, preferably with an insurance broker;
- As a person you are someone who is structured and organized, also you are professional and reliable
- You are a true team player; strongly focused on customer satisfaction;
- As a person you are dynamic and also have an eye for continuous improvement;
- You have an excellent knowledge of the Dutch language and also have a good knowledge of French and English.
