Description

  • You manage files and tasks in a proactive manner, taking into account priorities and existing agreements;
  • You analyze files and ensure a right first time solution, also in case of problems and anomalies;
  • You ensure a customer-oriented (internal/external) service: incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone contacts, complaint handling, ...;
  • You follow up legal or fiscal obligations (Articles of Association, FATCA, CRS, ...);
  • You dare to take decisions in files with limited (financial) impact;
  • You coach and offer technical support to your colleagues;
  • You participate in process optimizations (applications, existing processes);
  • You continuously develop your knowledge and competences through an eagerness to learn;
  • You take initiative to report important information to management;

Your profile

  • You have knowledge of the domain or are willing to learn quickly;
  • You are bilingual Dutch-French.
  • You have a critical, analytical mind;
  • You have the ability to make decisions and set priorities independently;
  • You show sense of initiative and act proactively;
  • You are customer-oriented (internally and externally);
  • You have communication and customer-oriented skills;
  • You have an interest in legal and tax matters;
  • Knowledge of the specific compliance and legal rules of the domain is a plus;

  • Monthly salary indication: € 2001 - € 3000
