Description
As an Experienced Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team (a dozen or so enthusiastic employees) and will be responsible for identifying and attracting talent to strengthen teams- This includes all external and internal recruitment for a wide range of activities
- You are the main point of contact for the business and build a relationship of trust with them based on your expertise and your knowledge of the market and the business
- You seek solutions to the needs of the business, anticipating and responding to their requirements and finding the most suitable candidates
- Using recruitment platforms and your own network, you arrive at a sourcing approach to connect with potential candidates
- In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager and your colleagues from Learning & Development, you devise alternative solutions to meet the needs of your internal client
- You participate in HR and Talent Management projects (job fairs, presentations, internal projects, etc.) and do not hesitate to suggest improvements where necessary
- You take your role as an ambassador of the company to heart and ensure that the candidate experience is friendly, pleasant and valuable, in line with the policy to attract candidates and promote the company's image to potential candidates
- You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager, with whom you will work closely, and have the opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of the company
Your profile
- You have a master degree with a focus on HR or a bachelor degree with solid experience in a company
- You have a very good level of Dutch and French with a very good knowledge of English
- You have several years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition; knowledge of the technical sector is a plus
- You are very familiar with IT tools and quickly learn the internal tools needed for your job
- You use common sense and judgment to assess candidates' skills and understand an assessment report and the relevance of their profile to our needs
- You are methodical and meticulous and your good planning skills allow you to follow up your projects professionally
- You are result and customer oriented, assertive and a good communicator
- You are creative with a sense for innovation and change and you know how to sell your ideas
- You can work in a team as well as independently
