Description
- Manage contact information and update databases.
- Be responsible for managing and tracking incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist colleagues with various administrative tasks, for example:
- Inputting quote requests into the systems.
- Creating and managing production files in close cooperation with team members.
- Drafting and providing insurance policies.
- Creation and follow-up of additional documents requested by brokers.
- Digital archiving of documents such as certificates and premium statements.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has experience in an administrative role within the insurance industry, preferably in Fire and/or BA insurance.
- Has an interest in numerical tasks.
- Speaks fluent Dutch and has a good command of both French and English.
- Has extensive knowledge of MS-Office.
- Shows organizational talent and demonstrates independence and initiative.
