Description
- Always maintain a professional level of customer reception, whether by phone, email or personal visits, with customers and prospects wishing to contact the bank;
- Following up on the commercial action plan for retail customers in close consultation with the branch manager;
- Translating the commercial action plan into concrete actions, implementing, executing, monitoring and communicating this plan;
- Proactively and independently manage a portfolio daily with customers;
- Making customers more loyal through regular proactive contact and achieving a certain number of appointments per business day. Strengthen commercial relationships through personal contacts;
- Optimize sales opportunities with customers to exceed branch goals;
- Participate in the management of the cash register and ATM (GAB) in a rotating system (if the branch has a cash register and no commercial assistant);
- Actively use internal and external referrals (customers), marketing contacts and other leads;
- Other duties: under the supervision of the branch manager, perform specific tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of the branch and/or industry.
Your profile
- Possesses at least a bachelor's degree;
- Excellent command of both oral and written French;
- Good knowledge of the local market and opportunities therein;
- In-depth knowledge of basic banking services;
- Knowledge of applicable banking regulations and banking procedures;
- Commercial attitude and customer-oriented approach;
- Proactive and positive attitude;
- Excellent presentation, oral and written expression skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills, openness and availability;
- Accuracy: handling customer transactions professionally.
