Description

  • You manage, maintain and oversee the production of the KID / PRIIPS / SFDR Reportings, contributing to the KPI;
  • You coordinate with the different reporting teams and other stakeholders to implement new reports or evolutions & further optimize existing reports/processes;
  • You apply the defined control framework to guaranty production of high standard quality reports;
  • You have an active contribution to solve any pending issues within your scope. Provide support to colleagues for issues handling. Make sure that the day-to-day business is not blocked because of a pending issue. Escalation to team head of all critical issues;
  • Proactive long-term resolution of issues;
  • Implement logging of issues for further analysis and actions jointly with the data team;
  • Communicate recurrent issues impacting operational efficiency and risk level to team head;
  • Reporting teams (Factory, Data Services, …), Client Services, Product & Strategic Marketing, Fund Development, Consultant Relations, Sales, Legal, Compliance.

Your profile

  • University degree in finance or economics or equivalent by experience;
  • Experience in the field of Reporting or within Operations (depending on level);
  • Good knowledge of KID / PRIIPS / SFDR (for more senior levels);
  • Excellent knowledge of English. Other languages, especially French or Dutch, are a plus;
  • Knowledge of financial products and financial products transaction processing workflows;
  • Knowledge of internal procedures related to and governing the relevant scope of activities;
  • Good knowledge of basic IT tools (MS Office XL, MS Outlook, VBA, SQL…).

Offer

  • Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
  • 6-month interim with the possibility of a permanent contract afterwards;
  • 2 days of remote work per week;
