Description

  • Processing of new contracts (including management of new proposals, contract creation and finalization).
  • Administrative management of current files.
  • Financial management of current files (including additional payments, arbitrages, partial and total surrenders, deaths, maturities, etc.).
  • Handling written and telephone inquiries from business partners and customers, to provide solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting the sales team.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization.
