Description
- Manage and develop a portfolio of partners (real estate offices and developers);
- Encourage these partners to offer energy contracts to their customers (B2B2C);
- Strengthen existing partnerships and actively prospect for new partners;
- Maintain and optimize relationships with existing partners through regular visits and personalized support;
- Actively acquire new partners to expand the portfolio;
- Participate in events to establish new contacts and strengthen existing relationships;
- Keeping abreast of developments in the energy sector and integrating them into operations;
- Preparing and presenting a sales plan for current and future partners to the Sales Manager.
Your profile
- Command of Dutch (fluent) and French (good level) is required;
- Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales/account management with focus on partner management;
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong and reliable long-term relationships;
- Industry Experience: Experience in the energy, construction or real estate industry is appreciated;
- Digital Skills: Familiar with digital platforms and tools;
- Flexible, positive, customer and service oriented;
- Proactive, results-oriented, reliable and responsible;
- Able to manage stress and maintain a professional attitude.
