Description

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of partners (real estate offices and developers);
  • Encourage these partners to offer energy contracts to their customers (B2B2C);
  • Strengthen existing partnerships and actively prospect for new partners;
  • Maintain and optimize relationships with existing partners through regular visits and personalized support;
  • Actively acquire new partners to expand the portfolio;
  • Participate in events to establish new contacts and strengthen existing relationships;
  • Keeping abreast of developments in the energy sector and integrating them into operations;
  • Preparing and presenting a sales plan for current and future partners to the Sales Manager.

Your profile

  • Command of Dutch (fluent) and French (good level) is required;
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales/account management with focus on partner management;
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong and reliable long-term relationships;
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the energy, construction or real estate industry is appreciated;
  • Digital Skills: Familiar with digital platforms and tools;
  • Flexible, positive, customer and service oriented;
  • Proactive, results-oriented, reliable and responsible;
  • Able to manage stress and maintain a professional attitude.
