Group Insurance Administrator
Our client is looking for a Group Insurance Records Manager to help the existing team manage employee benefits records. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately maintaining and organizing employee benefits files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Description
- You are the point of contact for brokers and customers concerning their Group insurance. These exchanges are mainly with the HR departments of large companies and SMEs.
- You manage a dedicated portfolio of customers for whom you are the main contact person.
- You will build strong relationships with them and ensure that you deliver a quality service.
- You manage and prepare new business for the customers entrusted to you.
- You analyze accepted offers and process them accurately and methodically in the systems.
- You prepare contract settlements. You create contracts, scrupulously respecting the agreements made in the validated offers.
- You process change requests for your customer portfolio. This includes situations such as annual salary adjustments, changes in status (part-time, time credit, departures, etc.).
- You analyze each situation with empathy and professionalism to provide appropriate solutions and reinforce customer satisfaction.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in the insurance sector;
- Preferably, you have prior knowledge or training in group insurance;
- You are fluent in French and Dutch;
- You are precise, autonomous, proactive and organized.
