Description

In this position, you will have the following responsibilities:
  • You will act as the main point of contact for brokers and customers concerning their group insurance, establishing exchanges mainly with the human resources departments of large companies and SMEs.
  • You will take charge of a specific portfolio of customers and become their privileged contact.
  • You will develop a relationship of trust with these customers, ensuring that you deliver exceptional service.
  • You are responsible for managing and preparing new business for the customers assigned to you.
  • You review accepted proposals and process them in an accurate and organized manner in the relevant systems.
  • You prepare the regulations associated with the contracts and draw them up in accordance with the agreements set out in the approved offers.
  • You manage change requests for your customer portfolio, including cases such as annual salary adjustments, status changes (part-time, time credits, departures, etc.).
  • You analyze each situation with understanding and professionalism in order to provide appropriate solutions, thus helping to improve customer satisfaction.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in the insurance sector;
  • Preferably, you have knowledge of or previous training in group insurance;
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch;
  • You are precise, autonomous, proactive and organized.
