Description
- Keep detailed records of all financial transactions, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain transparency in fund operations.
- Continuously monitor market trends and property performance to provide valuable insights during investment decision-making processes.
- Work closely with financial institutions to secure appropriate funding for acquisitions and refinancing activities, considering aspects such as interest rates, terms, and risk management.
- Develop comprehensive business plans with clear KPIs to track the performance of real estate assets and funds. Regularly review them to ensure alignment with investment objectives.
- Maintain open communication channels with various stakeholders such as asset managers, banks, lawyers, auditors, institutional investors, and the board. Building strong relationships can facilitate smoother operations.
- Stay informed about the methodologies and key factors influencing real estate valuation. Oversee the accurate calculation of Net Asset Value (NAV) to reflect the true performance of the funds.
- Prepare regular reports for institutional investors and internal management/board members. The reports should be clear, concise, and provide a comprehensive overview of fund performance.
Your profile
- Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in Real Estate Funds administration and financial controls
- Strong background in financial controls and administration
- Minimum Bac +3 degree, financial certification preferred
- Fluent in English, good level in French, German language skills considered a plus
- Excellent proficiency in Word and Excel
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Attention to detail, rigor, and proactivity
- Good analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information
- Ability to anticipate and react quickly to changing circumstances
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
