Description
- Data Controls Design & Implementation;
- Data Community Animation;
- Be a reference for performance & data vendors activities;
- Lead internal or external projects on his own;
- Master the BAU activities;
- Propose and/or specify and/or implement technical data controls or solutions.
Your profile
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience;
- Experience in Data or Operations;
- Proficient in English and one or more additional languages (preferably French or Dutch);
- Knowledge of financial products and transaction processing workflows;
- Proficient with basic IT tools (MS Office XL, MS Outlook, VBA, PowerBI, etc.) and specific IT applications used in daily tasks;
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills;
- Ability to reflect on and learn from mistakes and setbacks;
- Inclusive with strong relationship-building skills;
- Skilled at influencing key stakeholders;
- Clear and effective communicator;
- Accurate, results-driven, self-controlled, and resilient under stress.
