Description

  • You handle the administration of various general intellectual property services efficiently.
  • You provide essential support to attorneys and paralegals by creating and maintaining relevant documentation necessary for their activities.
  • You manage the deadlines for all IP files while adhering to the established procedures related to applications, renewals, searches, oppositions, monitoring, and other administrative IP issues.
  • You oversee the attorneys' files by conducting research and preparing advice and responses in close collaboration with the attorneys, as well as managing incoming and outgoing correspondence related to their files.
  • You coordinate communication with agents and official authorities concerning these procedures.
  • You check and verify databases and official documents to ensure the accuracy of the information.
  • You regularly handle invoicing tasks.
  • You engage in training and coaching sessions on IP matters to maintain up-to-date knowledge.
  • You work diligently to meet established deadlines.
  • You prepare, draft, and generate translations, reports, letters, and pricing offers as needed.
  • You adhere to the guidelines and principles set forth by the organization.
  • You take an active role in participating in internal projects.

Your profile

The ideal candidate:
  • Demonstrates foundational or pertinent experience in Intellectual Property, particularly with a focus on trademarks.
  • Possesses either a bachelor's degree or a master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Brings previous administrative experience, which is viewed as an advantageous asset.
