Insurance claim manager part - time

Our client is looking for a part-time Insurance/Claims Manager in Luxembourg for two companies, involving claims processing, insurance management, reporting, actuarial duties, and other administrative tasks

Description

  • Managing claims by reviewing, reconciling, and processing claims bordereaux for fronted business like Liability, Employee Benefits, and Construction.
  • Handling intercompany claims transactions and processing payments as needed.
  • Document preparation for intercompany reinsurance contracts and calculating associate premiums.
  • Invoicing for intercompany balances and ensuring timely payment of premiums.
  • Collaborating with the team to compile premium and claims data for quarterly management accounts.
  • Providing claims data to external actuaries and using their analysis to calculate IBNR reserves.
  • Producing data and reports for corporate and Board requirements.
  • Attending quarterly Board meetings and presenting reports.
  • Handling local office administration tasks.

Your profile

  • Adaptability and ability to work relatively independently
  • Comfortable with flexible working hours
  • Previous experience in a captive and/or claims environment
  • Fluency in both English and French
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to work remotely effectively.

Offer

  • Monthly salary indication: € 5501 - € 6000
Our client offers a permanent contract.
