Description
- As part of our customer's Customer & Sales Support team, you will hold the position of Customer & Sales Support Officer.
- Your main role will be to provide operational support to sales teams and customers in the New Energies field.
- Your responsibilities will include the administrative management of tenders, customer service for our B2G customers, as well as administrative and commercial support for the electric vehicle charging centers department.
- As part of a new business unit, you will be heavily involved in setting up operational and administrative processes in collaboration with stakeholders, and in deploying the tools and systems needed to manage our products and services effectively.
- Once these elements are in place, your primary mission will be to ensure the smooth running of back-office activities and their scalability.
Your profile
- You are able to communicate effectively in French, Dutch and English.
- Master's degree in business administration or equivalent experience in the field.
- You have a thorough understanding of the electric mobility sector, with a keen interest in energy transition and sustainability.
- Your attention to detail and your ability to improve processes are essential assets for this position.
- You know how to maintain a global vision while effectively managing priorities.
- You are adaptable and ready to evolve in a constantly changing environment.
- As a team member, you are motivated by collaboration and want to actively contribute to the team's progress.
