Personal assistant

Our client is looking for a rigorous, organized Executive Assistant with strong communication skills.

Description

Duties include :
  • Diary management and planning of appointments, meetings and business trips for team members.
  • Greeting contacts physically and by telephone.
  • Drafting, preparation and follow-up of correspondence (e-mails, letters, memos).
  • Preparation of files and documents for meetings, presentations and other events.
  • Coordination of logistics for internal and external events.
  • Follow-up, signature and filing of meeting minutes and action items.
  • Management of confidential documents, in particular legal and regulatory documents, with appropriate organization and filing.
  • Support for administrative projects and team assistance as required.

Your profile

  • French mother tongue or perfectly bilingual.
  • Ideally resident in Luxembourg or current or future border-crosser to the Grand Duchy (geographical mobility envisaged).
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Initial training: BAC+2/3.
  • 3 to 10 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar position.
  • Excellent command of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Proven writing skills.
  • Integrity, loyalty, absolute respect for confidentiality.
  • Rigor, precision and organizational skills.
  • Autonomy, initiative, ability to anticipate and foresee needs.

Offer

  • Monthly salary indication: € 6001 - € 6500
Our client is offering a permanent contract.
