You will be responsible for promoting and selling tailor-made insurance products to a varied customer base. We are looking for a candidate with a degree in marketing, insurance, law, economics or applied economics, and experience in the insurance sector. Description
- Promote the sale of insurance products for retail and corporate customers.
- Negotiate insurance conditions and ensure that each contract is tailor-made, while contributing to profitability and growth objectives.
- Support distribution teams to accelerate the active growth of the integrated legal protection portfolio.
- Provide product training to brokers, retail and corporate distribution teams.
- Ensure that customer needs are met to company standards.
- Analyze requests for quotations, evaluating and making technical and commercial judgments in accordance with the acceptance policy.
- Write and validate quotations and negotiate the right price and terms with customized contracts.
- Advise brokers and/or customers on products.
- Develop customer loyalty through proactive portfolio monitoring.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between internal departments to ensure an optimum approach to the customer as a whole.
- Encourage brokers to use digital tools in the production and management of claims.
- Be a true brand ambassador in internal and external networks.
- Reporting on various activities and providing an overview of the progress of files.
- Monitor market trends and pass them on to the product management team and brokers.
Your profile
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, insurance, law, economics, commercial engineering or applied economics.
- Experience in the insurance sector.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of French.
- Affinity with legal affairs and technical analysis of files.
- Winning mentality.
- Ability to seize opportunities, take initiative, make decisions and achieve results.
