Description
- Analyze civil liability bids for companies with more than 50 employees and public contracts;
- Estimate the technical and commercial risks, in accordance with the acceptance policy in force;
- Draw up and validate quotations, applying tailor-made pricing and wording to satisfy customer requirements while ensuring portfolio profitability;
- Negotiate the offer with the broker, customer or Risk Manager to best meet the customer's needs while respecting the organization's standards;
- Establish and maintain personalized contact with brokers and customers, informing and advising them on the files handled;
- Actively participate in internal and external networks, and represent the organization as mandated in order to defend its interests and contribute to the creation of a positive brand image;
- Initiate actions to reorganize, defend and consolidate the portfolio in order to ensure its profitability;
- Coordinate the actions of all relevant internal departments and monitor the protection of commitments within the portfolio to ensure proper contract execution.
Your profile
- You have a Master's degree in Law or Insurance;
- You preferably have 3 years' experience as a lawyer or in underwriting;
- You speak Dutch or French and have a good knowledge of the second language;
- You are a technical sales person: analytical skills, the ability to summarize, negotiating skills and commercial aptitudes are qualities that you cultivate and that help you to guide and explain decisions that commit the Company (lobbying, being able to make presentations to internal and external customers).
- You are curious by nature and have a real drive for Civil Liability;
- You are keen to learn and develop in this field (you will receive a comprehensive support plan).
- You're comfortable with numbers, while being attentive to your customers' needs and opportunities;
- Your ability to make decisions and take responsibility is a key feature of your personality.
