Office Manager

The client is looking for a candidate for an administrative and relationship management position. The candidate will be responsible for office management, visitor relations and communications, while demonstrating organizational and language skills (French and English).

Description

  • Ensure a warm and professional welcome for visitors in person and on the telephone.
  • Handle correspondence, e-mails and communication on social networks.
  • Become a key point of contact to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate and improve the day-to-day running of the office.
  • Monitor office budgets.
  • Manage external service providers and suppliers.
  • Assist teams with various administrative tasks.
  • Organize meetings, events and business trips.
  • Manage special events, such as Christmas and team-building activities.

Your profile

  • Minimum 2 years' professional experience in a similar position.
  • Perfect command of French (written and spoken) and professional English (written and spoken), knowledge of Luxembourgish is a plus.
  • Personal qualities required: organizational skills, autonomy, team spirit, proactivity, constant help and excellent communication skills.
  • Technical skills required: good command of office automation tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Offer

  • Monthly salary indication: € 4001 - € 4500
