Description
- Expand network of mortgage brokers to drive sales.
- Establish, attract and maintain new distribution channels.
- Work with the Sales & Marketing Director to establish sales strategy and regular targets.
- Evaluate the performance of the network of mortgage brokers.
- Monitor the credit market in terms of available products and services.
- Advise fellow brokers and their clients on credit options and assist with initial application submission.
- Acquisition of new customers
- Negotiating terms and pricing with customers
- Contributing to the growth of the customer base
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions
- Ensuring correct administrative follow-up of sales files
Your profile
- Bachelor degree in an economic field or equivalent by experience required.
- Fluent in both Dutch and French, both written and oral.
- Team player who can also make decisions independently.
- Problem solving and proactive attitude.
- Strong sense of organization and responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and brokers.
