- Proactive customer contact: Contact customers who have a specific trigger, such as a premium lapse or first paycheck;
- Enable personalized advice: Schedule appointments for our commercial advisors so customers can receive personalized advice;
- Connect: Make sure customers feel heard and link them to the right advisor for their situation.
Your profile
- At least a bachelor's degree;
- Strong communication skills to best understand and service customers;
- Sense of accuracy;
- Flexibility and resilience;
