- You actively seek out new potential clients.
- You identify and recruit new insurance brokers by continuously monitoring the insurance market and actively seeking new cooperation partners.
- You work with an existing network of brokers who specialize in providing mortgages.
- You participate in industry events to get to know new brokers.
- You maintain commercial relationships by supporting brokers and organizing events focused on training and information sharing.

Your profile
- If you are applying for the position of Junior Sales at our client, you have at least a Bachelor's degree in an economic field or an equivalent qualification through relevant work experience.
- A fluent command of the Dutch language, both in writing and speech, is a requirement.
- As a team player you know how to work together, but also take decisions independently when necessary.
- With a goal-oriented approach you tackle problems and know how to solve them efficiently.
- Thanks to your organizational skills and sense of responsibility, you know how to accomplish your tasks effectively.
- Your strong communication skills enable you to communicate smoothly with both colleagues and brokers.
