Description
- Preparing teaching materials on core topics in Belgian social law (employment contracts, employers' obligations, collective bargaining agreements, dismissal procedures, etc.);
- Explaining the latest legislative changes and their practical impact;
- Indicating practical examples and interactive exercises to enhance the learning process;
- Taking into account the specificities of the professions and sectors;
- Responding concretely to questions and sharing best practices;
- Integrate recent legislative changes into training content;
- Making recommendations to improve existing teaching materials;
- Building a trusting relationship with participants;
- Sharing feedback after the training to ensure the quality of future sessions.
Your profile
- Education: Master's degree in law with specialization in Belgian social law
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a lawyer or attorney specializing in social law;
- Experience as a trainer or facilitator is a plus;
- Thorough knowledge of Belgian social law, including regional specificities;
- Ability to make complex legal concepts accessible;
- Excellent command of French and Dutch, both oral and written;
- Strong communication and teaching skills;
- Analytical ability and accuracy in preparing training materials;
- Flexibility to respond to the specific needs of participants.
