Description

  • Preparing teaching materials on core topics in Belgian social law (employment contracts, employers' obligations, collective bargaining agreements, dismissal procedures, etc.);
  • Explaining the latest legislative changes and their practical impact;
  • Indicating practical examples and interactive exercises to enhance the learning process;
  • Taking into account the specificities of the professions and sectors;
  • Responding concretely to questions and sharing best practices;
  • Integrate recent legislative changes into training content;
  • Making recommendations to improve existing teaching materials;
  • Building a trusting relationship with participants;
  • Sharing feedback after the training to ensure the quality of future sessions.

Your profile

  • Education: Master's degree in law with specialization in Belgian social law
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a lawyer or attorney specializing in social law;
  • Experience as a trainer or facilitator is a plus;
  • Thorough knowledge of Belgian social law, including regional specificities;
  • Ability to make complex legal concepts accessible;
  • Excellent command of French and Dutch, both oral and written;
  • Strong communication and teaching skills;
  • Analytical ability and accuracy in preparing training materials;
  • Flexibility to respond to the specific needs of participants.
