Description

  • Senior/expert supervising internal employees in talent and career development;
  • Individual and group coaching with a focus on development consulting;
  • Coaching employees in job reorientation (e.g., reintegration, reorganization, welfare issues);
  • Supervising career orientation (at the request of employee or manager);
  • Initiation and completion of coaching programs according to internal policies;
  • Open communication to stakeholders and aftercare of files;
  • Thinking along on optimization of talent processes from practical experience;
  • Working in a team with a focus on communication and collaboration, often remotely.

Your profile

  • Senior Talent Advisor/Coach with extensive and demonstrated experience in:
  • External and internal career coaching, focused on guiding employees in their professional development and career decisions;
  • Individual coaching to address personal and professional challenges;
  • Supervision of reintegration processes, with a focus on supporting employees to return after illness or long-term absence;
  • Stress and burnout coaching to support employees struggling with work-related stress or burnout;
  • Coaching after internal job applications or negative evaluations, focusing on restoring self-confidence and finding new opportunities within the organization;
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, with excellent communication skills in both languages;
  • Possesses a bachelor's degree;
  • You have 5 years or more of relevant experience.
