Description

  • As a Junior Career Advisor, every day you have the opportunity to change the lives of others by finding the perfect match between our customers' needs and your candidates' expectations;
  • You search for suitable candidates in our database, on various external job sites, via job fairs and through networking. Sites such as Indeed and LinkedIn hold no secrets for you;
  • You carry out a telephone pre-selection to assess whether the candidate seems to fit in with one of our customers' job offers;
  • Thanks to an in-depth, high-quality interview, you find the best match between the candidate's expectations and the customer's requirements;
  • As a good career consultant, you follow your candidates throughout their career path - they can rely on you every step of the way;
  • Being in daily contact with our customers, you understand their recruitment needs better than anyone else and build long-term relationships with them;
  • You're administratively sound: from advertising vacancies to collecting documents for contract signature, to writing interview reports, you'll take care of every detail;

Your profile

  • Passion for recruitment: boundless enthusiasm for human resources and recruitment, with the ambition to find the best talent for our customers. Experience in recruitment or human resources is an asset, but we especially value your potential and determination;
  • Results orientation: a strong motivation to meet and exceed your objectives, with a positive and persevering attitude;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and customers, and build lasting relationships with them. To excel in your tasks, an excellent command of Dutch and French and/or English is required;
  • Proactivity and innovation: initiative and the ability to propose creative solutions to the challenges of the job market;
  • Team spirit: willingness to collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.
