Description

• As a Junior Career Advisor, you have the opportunity every day to make a difference in people’s lives by finding the perfect match between our clients’ needs and your candidates’ expectations;
• You search for suitable candidates in our database, on various external job sites, at job fairs, and through networking. Sites like Indeed and LinkedIn hold no secrets for you;
• You conduct an initial phone screening to assess whether a candidate appears to be a good fit for one of our clients’ job openings;
• Through an in-depth, high-quality interview, you identify the best match between the candidate’s expectations and the client’s requirements;
• As a skilled career advisor, you support your candidates throughout their professional journey—they can rely on you at every step;
• Through daily contact with our clients, you understand their hiring needs better than anyone else and build long-term relationships with them;
• You’re strong on the administrative side: from posting job openings to gathering documents for contract signing, to writing interview reports, you pay attention to every detail;-- In short: recruitment from A to Z!

Your profile

• Passion for recruitment: boundless enthusiasm for human resources and recruitment, with the ambition to find the best talent for our clients. Experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus, but we value your potential and determination above all else;
• Results-oriented: a strong drive to meet and exceed your goals, with a positive and persistent attitude;
• Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and clients and to build lasting relationships with them. To excel in your role, fluency in Dutch and French and/or English is required;
• Proactivity and innovation: the initiative and ability to propose creative solutions to challenges in the job market;
• Team spirit: a willingness to collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.

• Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
