Description
- You assist the client and the broker by phone when filing a claim involving bodily injury and follow up on cases.
- You verify coverage and determine liability.
- You apply policy provisions, meet deadlines and objectives, and ensure the quality of service provided to our clients.
- You build strong relationships with internal advisors (experts, technical inspectors, etc.) as well as clients, brokers, and other external partners.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field; a background in insurance or law is a plus, but other relevant fields of study or experience will also be considered.
- You are known for your thoughtful approach and in-depth analytical skills, which enable you to effectively process complex information.
- Your priority is to deliver real added value to clients, and you achieve this through your proactivity, your ability to find solutions, and your capacity to build trusting relationships based on empathy.
- You are comfortable taking initiative and making decisions independently.
- You have an excellent command of Dutch, both written and spoken, which allows you to communicate clearly and professionally.
