Description
- You assist customers and brokers by phone when reporting claims involving bodily injury and follow up on cases.
- You check coverage and determine liability.
- You apply agreements, meet deadlines and objectives, and ensure the quality of service provided to our customers.
- You develop optimal relationships with internal advisors (experts, technical inspectors, etc.) as well as customers, brokers, and other external partners.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field; a focus on insurance or law is a plus, but other interesting fields or experiences will also be considered.
- You are known for your thoughtful and analytical approach, which allows you to effectively process complex information.
- Your priority is to bring real added value to clients, and you achieve this through your proactivity, your ability to find solutions, and your ability to build trusting relationships based on empathy.
- You are comfortable taking initiative and making decisions independently.
- You have excellent written and spoken Dutch skills, enabling you to communicate clearly and professionally.
