Description
- Supervise and coordinate compliance with data protection laws (GDPR, ePrivacy, etc.) for the firm and its clients;
- Assess and provide advice on data processing activities, data protection impact assessments, and risk management related to data protection;
- Implement and update privacy policies and internal procedures;
- Train and raise awareness among staff and clients about data protection issues;
- Act as the main point of contact for data protection authorities and manage requests from external stakeholders (clients, users, partners);
- Handle data security incidents and manage personal data breach responses;
- Maintain data processing records and ensure the execution of individuals’ rights (right of access, rectification, erasure, etc.);
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in the field of data protection.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed your Masters in Law;
- You have built up initial experience (1-3 years) within the domains IP, ICT and Data (GDPR and other legislations/regulations);
- You have a true entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for the profession;
- You believe in the power of collaboration and are willing to actively contribute to the team’s efficient operation within a positive atmosphere;
- You are fluent in French, have sufficient knowledge of the other national language and an excellent command of English.
