Description

As administrative support to the insurance underwriters, you will be responsible for:
  • Drafting the insurance contracts and adjustments as requested by the insurers.
  • Monitoring and calculating the adjustments of the premiums of the insurance contracts.
  • Checking and processing invoices of expertise.
  • Checking and preparing various insurance documents such as certificates.
  • Managing problems with policies on a daily basis.
  • Tracking premium payments to ensure efficient portfolio management.
  • Answering telephone calls to support the underwriting team.

Your profile

  • You have an excellent knowledge of French and Dutch, both oral and written.
  • You have obtained a degree at Bachelor level or higher.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the financial sector.
  • Your organizational skills are perfect.
  • You work accurately and are detail oriented.
  • You also have a strong focus on customer service.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
