Description
- As Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing and optimizing legal expenses insurance products.
- You work closely with various departments and external partners to ensure that the products meet the needs of clients and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Together with your colleagues and your manager, you determine the product policy. This includes which products they offer, how the offer is structured, which requirements the products must meet, etc.
- You actively participate in the product roadmap. This contains the most important projects in terms of product development and business development.
- You are responsible for the creation of product books. All information on products is stored in a structured way. You also ensure their regular maintenance.
- You are responsible for the development and upgrades of products and processes so that the range remains up-to-date and competitive.
- You define business requirements for product innovations and product modifications.
- You ensure the exchange of knowledge and information, both internally and externally (training, advice, consultation, presentations).
Your profile
- You have a Master's degree, preferably in Law.
- You are analytical, innovative and communicative.
- You are client-focused, with the ability to translate clients' needs into effective product solutions.
- You have the skills to educate and speak in front of an audience.
- You are a team player and contact oriented.
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and French.
- You meet the requirements of theoretical knowledge and practical experience of PCP or you are willing to retrain to do so.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in product management in the insurance sector
- Knowledge of legal aid and relevant laws and regulations
