Administrative Assistant Legal

Description

  • Provide day-to-day support to colleagues by managing small concerns such as scheduling meetings and resolving diary issues;
  • Manage the leave table and process invoices in the SAP system, mastering all administrative processes;
  • Organize meetings and training sessions, draft minutes and ensure timely signature of documents;
  • Regularly update the legal library on the intranet, facilitating access to information for all departments;
  • Collaborate with the mail management department to manage the Legal & Tax team's archives;
  • Organize teambuilding activities and other team events, fostering a spirit of collaboration and conviviality.

Your profile

  • Take initiatives while involving the group, and actively intervene to ensure the smooth running of operations when necessary;
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Office Management or equivalent, with three to five years' experience in a similar position, ideally within a company or law firm;
  • Fluent in French and Dutch, with knowledge of English an additional asset;
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Word, good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP.
