Description
- You manage complex claims involving auto, home and family liability;
- You analyze claims and related documents (expert reports, criminal records, etc.);
- Based on the legal, regulatory, jurisprudential and contractual rules, you determine responsibilities and/or the application of contract guarantees;
- You settle damages and, if necessary, appeal against those responsible;
- In the event of a dispute, you validate the manscape's position and strive to seek an amicable solution. If necessary, you determine the legal strategy together with the lawyer;
- You handle the files in collaboration with lawyers, experts, inspectors.
Your profile
- You have a degree in Law (specialization in insurance, civil law, private law);
- You have extensive experience in handling complex claims files as a claims administrator, lawyer or attorney;
- You have an excellent command of both Dutch and French;
- You are a strong communicator, both orally on the phone and in writing;
- You are a team player but also like to work independently;
- You are assertive, accurate and customer-oriented.
