Description
- Following changes in social law and identifying which changes are applicable, you are a recognized partner in this regard;
- Advising and providing substantiated advice in sometimes complex matters;
- Representing our client in legal cases in legal cases inside and outside the organization;
- Negotiating agreements with social partners and balancing priorities within the strategic ambitions of the organization;
- Working closely with our social partners.
Your profile
- A master’s degree in law, with a specialisation in Social Law (e.g., Advanced master’s in social law);
- At least five years' relevant professional experience (e.g., in a payroll service provider, consultancy firm or specialised law firm);
- Demonstrated experience in conducting a constructive social dialogue and in negotiating deals with social partners in fast moving environments;
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with complex legal cases;
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
- You have strong problem-solving skills and can translate theory into pragmatic and applicable advice;
- You are enthusiastic and a team player.
