Description
- Answer our customers' questions regarding various banking products and services.
- Proactively detect sales opportunities in order to close a remote sale or make an appointment for the branch network.
- Propose solutions to optimize the operation of the Service Center.
- Participate in projects to improve existing processes by bringing creative ideas to the table.
Your profile
- You think customer-oriented and are service minded.
- You guide and advise our customers with great commercial flair. You are easy on the phone and have excellent people skills.
- You are stress resistant.
- You are motivated and team-oriented.
- You are willing to work flexible hours and also on Saturday mornings.
- Bilingualism Dutch/French is an asset but if you speak French OR Dutch that's also good.
- You have a bachelor or master degree.
