Description
- As an Insurance Advisor with our client in the heart of Brussels, you will work closely with a dynamic team to capture new business opportunities and attract customers through direct sales strategies.
- You will be responsible for analyzing customer needs and offering appropriate insurance products.
- As a trusted advisor, you will support clients both on-site and in the office with all their insurance questions.
- You independently manage leads, quotes and policies, with the assistance of experienced colleagues.
- Through persuasion and negotiation skills, you will convert business opportunities into lasting relationships, building trusting relationships with clients and other interested parties.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Has some work experience, preferably in commercial positions.
- Shows interest in the insurance sector and is eager to learn.
- Is fluent in Dutch, English and French.
- Is commercially minded, strongly customer-oriented and proactive in meeting customers' needs.
- Has excellent communication and persuasion skills, is precise, can solve problems and is a real team player.
- Actively anticipates customer needs and provides professional advice.
- Can work independently in a small team and assumes responsibility.
