Description
- Client Relations: You act as the first point of contact for clients, providing customized solutions to their training needs and building lasting relationships;
- Business Development: You identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships within the financial sector;
- L&D Expertise: You develop customized training programs and advise clients on their training strategy;

Your profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree and at least 3 years of experience as an account manager or customer relations manager;
- You have a strong knowledge of the financial sector and experience in developing training for this sector;
- You are fluent in Dutch and French (minimum level B2) and can communicate effectively with customers;
- You work independently, with an eye for quality and customer satisfaction;
- You are stress resistant, flexible and think in terms of solutions and service.
