Description
- Plays a key role to ensure BAU and other daily team tasks are completed accurately, on time and to the expected standards in accordance with operational procedures and controls for Payments, Trade Finance Operations and Guarantee Department.
- Escalates issues and challenges, reports routinely and updates team leader promptly.
- Proactively reviews and maintains desktop procedures related to day to day processes.
- Makes regular suggestions to improve and enhance operational process flows.
- Makes suggestions based on analysis and evidence and explores ways to improve efficiency within the remit of their role.
- Participate in Build Testing where appropriate.
- Handling inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders received by emails and take up phone calls.
- Being able to handle emails in due time and set priorities, coordinate and take actions accordingly.
- Able to determine the urgency or importance of an inquiry and able to understand the request.
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing funds in payment system as per procedures.
Your profile
- Experience in banking operations and administration (2 years)
- Knowledge of payment and or Cash Management tool (ex: Isabel)
- Knowledges in Trade finance, Guarantees
- Good communication skills in English, to independently handle written and verbal communications
