Description
- You will be checking a list of clients (RES+PROF, no BTB) that have an unpaid position where reminders were sent;
- You will check the details of the client, and if it has an added value to call this client to provide help and a reminder;
- Clients are called to be sure they are aware and able to pay the unpaid bill(s);
- We offer support in sending a copy, changing the pay date of setting up a payment plan.
Your profile
- Language: Basic Dutch for communication at the office, Dutch and/or French for the conversations with clients;
- Technical skills: Basic computer knowledge is sufficient, knowledge of SAP or SalesForce is a plus;
- You work in a team of 8 consultants on this same subject, where cooperation and connection within the team is highly expected.
