Description
- You will be responsible for managing non-life claims for professional clients.
- You will analyze coverages and liabilities and take initiatives with experts and insurers to provide efficient service to our clients.
- In addition, attending appraisals and communicating the settlement of claims is also part of your duties.
- You will take care of both the technical and administrative management of the files and support the clients throughout the handling of the file.
- Furthermore, you will prepare files for our commercial colleagues and customer managers.
Your profile
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience in the position;
- You have at least 3 years of experience in non-life claims management;
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch;
- You have good skills in communication and conflict management;
- You are a dynamic and enthusiastic personality, are stress resistant and customer oriented;
- You are well organized and can manage priorities well;
- You are a team player, accurate and flexible.
