Description
- Administration: Manage personnel files, handle onboarding/offboarding processes, and
- Hiring & Exit: Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes, and draft
- Policies & Procedures: Help develop and execute HR policies and procedures, including evacuation and emergency plans. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, improve HR policies, and maintain confidentiality.
- Well-being & Team Building: Facilitate team cohesion, lead well-being initiatives, and manage safety at work procedures.
- Training: Oversee training needs, track employee training, and maintain mandatory training programs.
- Payroll & Benefits: Support salary administration for Belgium, The United Kingdom and France, manage payroll updates, benefits, and ensure HR account alignment with the Accounting Department.
- Reporting: Assist in developing HR objectives, prepare reports, maintain the organization chart, and respond to auditor queries.
- Holiday Management: Coordinate holiday planning and record absences.
- Executive Committee Support: Assist in preparing for Executive Committee meetings.
- Insurance: Support management of pension plans and staff insurance policies.
- Annual Responsibilities: Coordinate staff evaluations, manage annual budgets, maintain non-resident and work permit records, and support the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields.
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Officer or a similar position.
- Previous experience with Partena tools is a strong asset.
- Ability to manage and meet schedules and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English, Dutch is a
