Description
As a file manager, you are responsible for the insurance files of your clients. Your clientele consists mainly of small businesses and the self-employed.- You are the contact person and confidant of your clients with regard to the various BOAR insurance branches (car, fire, liability, workplace accidents, transport, etc.).
- Your customers can contact you by phone or in writing. You advise them on their insurances and help them with their specific questions.
- You keep their insurance files up to date and follow up the related administration correctly, efficiently and on time.
- You research the client's question, analyze the policy conditions and look for the best rates and coverage through various insurance companies.
- The account manager, who bears ultimate responsibility for your customers, can also count on your support.
- In your conversations with clients, you pick up commercial signals and discuss them with the account manager.
- You maintain close contacts with the insurance companies
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor's degree (preferably in finance and insurance or law practice) or are equivalent through experience.
- You have knowledge of or initial work experience within insurance.
- Your commitment helps you ask the right questions, understand clients and look for customized solutions.
- You are customer and service oriented and proactively look for the right solution tailored to our customer. A satisfied customer, gives you satisfaction.
- You are strong in administration, take responsibility for your files and are able to organize your own work autonomously.
- As a team player you strengthen the great atmosphere within the team.
- You can express yourself perfectly in Dutch. A good knowledge of French and English is a strong plus.
