Description

  • You will search for the most efficient and accurate insurance solutions specifically for the clients' complex or large fleets. For this you gather information from the customer and negotiate with insurers;
  • You are able to work out analyses that give customers in a clear and understandable way an insight into the solutions and added value that we can offer them. You are also able to present these to the client;
  • You participate in the development of structured solutions for simple risks to provide efficient and consistent solutions for less complex insurance needs, which are used by the production team for their clients;
  • Within your area of specialization, you follow developments in terms of market evolutions and market trends. You keep your knowledge up to date regarding laws and regulations as well as knowledge of insurers and their products. You build a network in order to place risks efficiently;
  • You support the colleagues Sales and Client Advisors with technical questions from clients;
  • In complex Claims or at risk of problems of coverage, especially in the files negotiated by you, you support the colleagues Claims in their analysis and argumentation to the company;
  • For large claims with risk of discussion around coverage, you attend the claim expertise;
  • You manage your files and market studies from Brio and check the content of the files you negotiate. You are supported by the management team in the administrative implementation of the realized deals;
  • You maintain and build strong relationships with the insurers and use the large volume of cases to be negotiated to achieve the best conditions for the customers and prospects. You also develop new and creative solutions and products that increase the success rate;
  • You will report directly to the Head of Broking.

Your profile

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate insurance, with strong technical knowledge of Non-Life insurance lines, preferably with focus fleet;
  • You have a higher education, at least at bachelor level;
  • Customer contact gives you a large dose of motivation;
  • You have very strong negotiation skills and can creatively work out insurance solutions;
  • You are able to understand companies' risks and work out the most appropriate insurance solution for them;
  • You have a good knowledge of Office applications, especially Power-Point and Excel;
  • Knowledge of BRIO is a plus;
  • You have a positive attitude and are ambitious;
  • You have the necessary discipline to manage your schedule independently;
  • You are sociable and can communicate fluently at all levels;
  • Knowledge of French and English is a plus.
