Description

As Purchase Administrator, you will confidently assume the following responsibilities:
  • As the front line for the management of purchase invoices, credit notes, insurance premiums and other financial documents, you ensure streamlined routing and accurate posting in SAP.
  • Your role as a privileged point of contact for external suppliers and internal colleagues requires you to communicate smoothly, whether by e-mail, telephone or face-to-face, in order to resolve problems efficiently and respond to needs.
  • You ensure that processes are optimized, by following up purchase orders, carrying out the necessary validations and preparing payment files, while guaranteeing the legal and fiscal compliance of documents.
  • Clean and clear accounts payable are your priority, involving rigorous control of accounts, regular cleaning and meticulous checking of legal notices.
  • You understand the complexities of the real estate world to apply the correct tax codes, while ensuring the accuracy of VAT rates at encoding.
  • Your expertise is not limited to accounts payable; you also provide invaluable support to GL accountants during monthly closings, and efficiently manage the AP department's Mailbox.

  • Your expertise in accounts payable, acquired through 3 years' experience in similar functions, positions you as a reliable and experienced professional.
  • If you already master SAP and VIM, this is an additional asset that will enrich your profile.
  • In addition, you are comfortable with IT tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook and SAP's VIM module.
