We are looking for a consultant with a compliance or legal profile, ideally with experience in pension funds, to join a bank in central Brussels. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial regulations and be able to apply them in a practical way to ensure compliance and effective management of pension funds.
Description
- You plan, organize and ensure the proper preparation of pension fund meetings (invitations, proxies, agenda, minutes).
- You interpret applicable legislation and turn it into concrete, practical solutions.
- You manage the review of contracts, ensuring that they comply with legal requirements.
- You prepare formal communications for affiliates and stakeholders, with an excellent command of English, French and/or Dutch.
- You are meticulous, with great attention to detail, and ensure that tasks are followed up rigorously to guarantee accuracy.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in law, finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
- You are organized, meticulous and pay close attention to detail.
- You have a strong sense of follow-through.
