Description
- Analyzing a credit application
- Analyze the creditworthiness of prospective borrowers
- Preparing proposal for decision before a credit committee according to agreements with the lender and his/her underwriting policy
- Apply decision of credit committee
- Consult with the customer or brokers in order to obtain a complete credit application and file
Your profile
- You have an initial experience of at least three years in mortgage credit analysis
- You are Dutch or French-speaking with a good knowledge of the other national language. Bilingualism is a plus.
- You have a bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
- You have knowledge of MS Office
- You are communicatively strong both orally and in writing
- You have an analytical and critical mind and see the big picture of a file
